Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Remiora account either in the app or by email.
Delete from within the app
Open Remiora, open "Account" from the menu, and select "Delete account." Your account will be deleted after you confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you can't use the app, send "Account deletion request" to contact@remiora.app from your registered email address. We'll respond after verifying your identity.
Data that gets deleted
- Your Remiora authentication account and the credentials tied to it will be deleted. Your Community Palette posts and post images will also be deleted. It may take some time for the deletion of this related data to be completed.
- When you use "Delete account" inside the app and the account deletion on the server is completed, the colors, works, and images tied to your account on that device are then deleted. If this deletion on the device cannot be completed, the data on the device may remain even though the account has been deleted; in that case, please follow the app's guidance and try again. Data saved on that device without signing in (local data) is separate and is not deleted automatically by leaving Remiora. If your account is deleted by email request, or was used on another device, that device's local data is not automatically deleted and needs to be cleared there separately. If you want to keep your data, export a backup ZIP before deleting your account.
A deleted account cannot be restored. Registering again with the same email address will be treated as a new account.
If you have a paid plan (Remiora Pro)
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Pro subscription, and if auto-renewal stays on, billing may continue. A deleted account can no longer use Pro, even during the subscription period. Please cancel your Google Play subscription first, for example in the Google Play subscription management screen that opens from "Manage or cancel subscription" on the account screen, then delete your account. If you only cancel, your account stays and you can use Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
