Seller and contact

Remiora Operator. The seller's legal name, address and telephone number will be disclosed without delay by email upon request to contact@remiora.app. You may request them before applying to purchase.

Service

Remiora Pro is a monthly plan providing access to additional Remiora features. See the Remiora Pro information in the app for the available features. Free features are available without purchasing Pro.

Price, payment method and timing

See the purchase screen and Google Play purchase flow for the monthly price, currency and treatment of tax. Payment uses the methods offered by Google Play. The first charge is made at purchase and subsequent charges are made at each monthly renewal unless you cancel.

Start of service

Pro becomes available when the purchase is completed, confirmed and activated. If payment is pending, Pro is unavailable until payment and confirmation are complete.

Term, automatic renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time through Google Play subscription management, which you can also open from “Manage or cancel subscription” on the app's account screen. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; Pro remains available until the end of the paid period, after which you return to the free state. A cancellation made close to renewal may not stop the next charge.

Refunds

Paid fees are not refunded on a pro-rated basis except where a refund is required by law, granted under Google Play's refund policies, or agreed to by the Operator. Eligibility and procedures follow Google Play policies and applicable law. For inquiries contact contact@remiora.app. This provision does not limit rights granted by law.

Account deletion

Deleting a Remiora account and cancelling a Google Play subscription are separate actions. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription; charges may continue unless you cancel it. A deleted account cannot use Pro. Cancel through Google Play before deleting the account.

Additional costs and system requirements

You are responsible for internet connection charges. See the Remiora listing on Google Play for supported devices and operating systems. Purchase and purchase restoration require an internet connection and access to Google Play.
